Create a registration portal for external candidates to sign up for CBT exams.

Use the Registration Portal

Allow external candidates to register for exams through a public registration portal.

Steps

1. Go to CBT from the main menu.
2. Click Create Registration Portal.
3. Configure the portal settings:
   • Exam Title — the exam candidates are registering for
   • Registration Deadline — last date to register
   • Capacity — maximum number of candidates allowed
4. Click Create to generate the portal.
5. Copy the Registration Link provided by the system.
6. Share the link with candidates (via website, social media, or email).

Candidate Experience

• Candidates open the link and fill in their details (name, email, phone, etc.).
• After submitting, they receive a unique Candidate Number.
• Candidates use this number to access the exam on test day.

Tips

• Set a realistic capacity to manage exam logistics.
• Close registration automatically at the deadline — no late entries.
• View all registered candidates from the CBT portal management page.
• Candidate numbers are generated automatically and cannot be duplicated.
