Dashboard Analytics

The Exam Prep dashboard shows:

• Total Practice Sessions — all completed sessions
• Average Score — across all students
• Most Practiced — top subject by session count
• Active Today — students who practiced today
• Questions Available — total published questions by exam type

Readiness Reports

Shows JAMB, WAEC, and NECO readiness percentages based on simulation performance:

• Green (≥70%) — Strong readiness
• Amber (≥50%) — Moderate, keep practicing
• Gray — Needs more attempts

Prep Analytics

School-wide analytics showing:

• Total students and sessions
• Readiness by exam type
• Top performing students (ranked by average score)
• Subject averages
• Weak subjects (lowest scoring)

Leaderboard

Ranked student performance with:

• Top 3 podium display (🥇🥈🥉)
• Full ranked table with progress bars
• Filter by: All Time, This Week, This Month
• Filter by subject

Student Progress

Per-student view showing:

• Total sessions, average score, best score
• Strongest and weakest subjects
• Subject performance breakdown
• Recent session history

Weekly Progress Emails

When enabled in Settings, the system automatically sends progress reports to students every week:

• Sent on the configured day (e.g. Monday)
• Shows average score, best score, session count
• Grouped by exam type (JAMB/WAEC/NECO) with readiness percentages
• Highlights weak areas needing attention
• Sent to the email on file for each student

• Default Simulation Duration (minutes)
• Questions Per Session

Access Pricing:

• Unlimited Access price
• 30 Days price
• 60 Days price
• 90 Days price

Weekly Progress Emails:

• Enable/disable toggle
• Send day (Monday–Sunday)

Student Experience:

• Show leaderboard to students
• Allow students to retry sessions
