Enable automated weekly fee reminders sent to parents with outstanding balances.

Set Up Fee Reminders

Automate fee collection by enabling reminders that notify parents of unpaid fees.

Steps

  1. Go to Academic Settings from the main menu.
  2. Scroll to the Fee Reminders section.
  3. Toggle Automated Fee Reminders to Enabled.
  4. The system will now send weekly email reminders to parents with outstanding fees.
  5. Click Save to confirm the setting.

How It Works

  • Every week, the system checks for students with unpaid balances.
  • Parents receive an email listing the outstanding amount and fee breakdown.
  • Reminders continue until the balance is cleared.

Tips

  • Ensure parent email addresses are correct in student profiles.
  • Fee reminders only go to parents with outstanding balances — fully paid parents are not contacted.
  • You can disable reminders at any time by toggling the setting off.
  • Combine with the Parent Communications tool for custom follow-up messages.
