Set Up Appointment Reminders
Reduce no-shows by enabling automated reminders that email patients 24 hours before their scheduled appointment.
Steps
- Go to Facility Settings from the main menu.
- Select the Notifications tab.
- Toggle Automated Appointment Reminders to enabled.
- Confirm the reminder timing is set to 24 hours before appointment.
- Click Save to apply.
How It Works
- The system automatically sends an email reminder to the patient 24 hours before their appointment.
- The email includes the appointment date, time, doctor name, and facility address.
- Reminders are only sent to patients with a valid email address on file.
Tips
- Ensure patient email addresses are up to date during registration.
- You can disable reminders at any time by toggling the setting off.
