Nursing Chart

Each patient has a nursing chart showing vitals history, observations, medication administration, fluid I/O, and care plan.

Recording Entries

1. Open patient nursing chart
2. Click + Vitals, + Observation, + Medication, or + Fluid I/O
3. Fill in the form and click Save
4. Chart refreshes immediately with the new entry

Vitals

Record: BP, Temperature, Pulse, SpO2, Weight, Respiratory Rate. Displayed in a table with timestamps.

Care Plan

Set care plan instructions that appear in the handover summary for shift changes.
