Register Students

Add new students to your school by filling out the registration form.

Register Students

Use the Register Student page to add new students to your school's database.

Steps

  1. Go to Register Student from the main menu.
  2. Fill in the student's First Name and Last Name.
  3. Select the Class from the dropdown (e.g., JSS 1).
  4. Select the Arm (e.g., A, B, or C).
  5. Enter the student's Date of Birth and Gender.
  6. Under Parent/Guardian Information, enter:
    • Parent's full name
    • Phone number
    • Email address
  7. Add a passport photo if available.
  8. Click Submit to register the student.

Tips

  • Ensure the class and arm exist in Academic Settings before registering.
  • Parent email and phone are used for report card delivery and communications.
  • You can register multiple students one after another without leaving the page.
  • Double-check spelling of names before submitting.
