Add new students to your school by filling out the registration form.
Register Students
Use the Register Student page to add new students to your school's database.
Steps
- Go to Register Student from the main menu.
- Fill in the student's First Name and Last Name.
- Select the Class from the dropdown (e.g., JSS 1).
- Select the Arm (e.g., A, B, or C).
- Enter the student's Date of Birth and Gender.
- Under Parent/Guardian Information, enter:
- Parent's full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Add a passport photo if available.
- Click Submit to register the student.
Tips
- Ensure the class and arm exist in Academic Settings before registering.
- Parent email and phone are used for report card delivery and communications.
- You can register multiple students one after another without leaving the page.
- Double-check spelling of names before submitting.
