SentricsVault

Workplace savings with optional employer match, deducted automatically through payroll.

Overview

SentricsVault is a workplace savings feature that lets employees set aside money each pay period — optionally with an employer match — deducted automatically through payroll. It helps staff build savings while giving employers a retention and wellness benefit.

SentricsVault is managed under Financial Wellness → SentricsVault.

How Contributions Work

  1. An employee (or admin on their behalf) sets a monthly contribution amount.
  2. Each payroll run automatically deducts the contribution from net pay and records it to the employee’s vault balance.
  3. If an employer match is configured, the matching amount is added and tracked separately.
  4. If net pay is insufficient in a given period, the contribution is reduced to what is affordable and the shortfall is recorded.

Administering the Vault

  • View balances, contributions, and employer-match totals per employee.
  • Set or adjust the employer-match policy.
  • Export vault statements for reconciliation.
Vault deductions are applied during payroll after statutory deductions; a contribution never takes an employee below zero net pay.
