Set Up MFA
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) protects your account with a second verification step.
Steps
- You will be prompted to set up MFA during login, or go to Settings > Security.
- Click Enable MFA.
- Open your authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator).
- Scan the QR code displayed on screen.
- Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
- Click Verify.
- MFA is now active on your account.
Logging In with MFA
- Enter your email and password as usual.
- Open your authenticator app.
- Enter the current 6-digit code when prompted.
Tips
- Save your recovery codes in a safe place in case you lose access to your device.
- Each code refreshes every 30 seconds.
- Contact your Admin if you need to reset MFA.
