Understand and assign user roles to control access levels in Cloud Sentrics.
Manage User Roles
Roles determine what each user can see and do in your Cloud Sentrics account.
Available Roles
| Role | Access Level |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access to all folders, settings, and user management. |
| Regular User | Limited access based on assigned folders only. |
Assign a Role
- Go to Admin > User Management.
- Click on the user you want to update.
- Select the desired role from the Role dropdown.
- For regular users, select which folders they can access.
- Click Save.
Tips
- Only Admins can change user roles.
- A regular user cannot see folders they are not assigned to.
- You can change roles at any time without deleting the user.
