Question Bank & CSV Import

Importing Questions

1. Go to Exam Prep → Import Questions
2. Click Download CSV Template to get the format
3. Fill in your questions following the template columns
4. Select the default exam type (JAMB, WAEC, NECO, or School)
5. Choose whether to auto-approve or send to review
6. Upload the CSV file and click Import Questions

CSV Template Columns

Validation Rules

• Questions without question, correctAnswer, subject, optionA, or optionB are skipped
• correctAnswer must be A, B, C, or D
• Maximum 500 questions per import
• Invalid exam types default to "School"
• Invalid difficulty defaults to "medium"

Review & Approve

If "Auto-Approve" is set to No, imported questions go to Review & Approve where admin can:

• Approve individual questions
• Reject individual questions
• Approve all at once

Only published questions are visible to students.

Viewing Questions

Go to Question Bank → All Questions to filter by:

• Exam Type
• Subject
• Year
• Status (Published, Imported, Rejected)
