View Analytics & Reports

The Analytics dashboard gives you a high-level overview of your school's performance across key areas.

Steps

1. Go to Analytics from the main menu.
2. View the dashboard sections:
   • Enrollment Trends — total students registered over time, by class
   • Attendance Rates — percentage of students and educators present daily/weekly
   • Exam Performance — average scores by class, subject, and term
   • Fee Collection — total fees collected vs. outstanding balances

Using the Dashboard

• Use date filters to view data for specific terms or date ranges.
• Click on any chart or metric to drill down into detailed reports.
• Export reports as PDF or CSV using the Export button.

Tips

• Check analytics weekly to spot attendance drops or payment issues early.
• Use exam performance data to identify subjects that need extra support.
• Share fee collection reports with your school's finance team.
• Data updates automatically as attendance, grades, and payments are recorded.
