What's Included in Your Plan
Understanding what features and limits come with your Cloud Sentrics plan.
Your plan determines which modules are enabled and your usage limits. Here's what each plan includes.

Modules
Depending on your sector and plan, you may have access to:
- Secure Data Protection — file storage, folders, trash (all plans)
- Secure File Sharing — OTP delivery, recipient portal (all plans)
- Automated Messaging — scheduled communications (Standard+)
- School Management — students, exams, report cards, fees (education plans)
- Healthcare Management — patients, lab, pharmacy, clinical (healthcare plans)
- Software Integration — API access for external systems (add-on)
Checking Your Plan
To see your current plan and usage:
- Log in to your dashboard
- Look at the bottom of the sidebar for Upgrade Plan
- Your current usage (storage, OTP) is shown on the Home page
Upgrading
If you need more storage, users, or additional modules, click Upgrade Plan in your sidebar. You can request an upgrade and our team will process it within 24 hours.
Pilot Plans
Pilot plans are free for 30 days. After the pilot period, you'll need to select a paid plan to continue using the platform. Your data is preserved during the transition.
