Understanding Your Dashboard
A guide to navigating the Cloud Sentrics dashboard layout and features.
Your dashboard is the central hub for all your operations. Here's how it's organized.
Layout
The dashboard has three main areas:
- Top Bar — shows your organization name, notifications bell, and account options (Change Password, Sign Out)
- Sidebar (left) — navigation menu with all available modules and pages
- Main Area (center) — the content area where you work
Home Page
When you log in, you see the Home page with:
- Folders accessible — how many folders you can access
- Files in storage — total files stored
- Uploads this week — recent upload activity
- Recent Activity — your latest actions on the platform
- Plan Usage (admins only) — storage and OTP usage vs limits
Sidebar Navigation
The sidebar is organized by section:
- Records — file storage, folders, trash, uploads
- Secure Delivery — send files securely, view delivery history
- Automated Secure Communication — scheduled messaging, recipient onboarding
- Admin — user management, activity logs, settings (admin-only)
- School/Healthcare sections — sector-specific features (if enabled)
- Support — upgrade plan, contact support
Notifications
The bell icon (top right) shows unread notifications:
- Storage limit warnings
- System announcements
- Important updates
Click the bell to view and dismiss notifications.
Tips
- Bookmark your dashboard URL for quick access
- Use the sidebar to navigate between sections
- Check Home regularly to monitor your usage
- Activity Log (Admin section) shows everything that happens on your platform
