View Storage Snapshot
See how much storage your account is using and where it is allocated.
Steps
- Go to Admin > Storage Snapshot.
- View the total storage used vs. your plan limit.
- See the breakdown of storage by folder.
What You Will See
- Total Usage — how much storage is currently consumed.
- Storage Limit — the maximum allowed by your plan.
- Folder Breakdown — size of each folder in your account.
Tips
- Monitor usage regularly to avoid hitting your limit.
- If you are close to your limit, consider deleting old files or upgrading your plan.
- Only Admins can view the storage snapshot.
