Enter Student Grades

Record student scores by class, subject, and term.

Enter Student Grades

Use the Student Grades page to enter exam and assessment scores for each student.

Steps

  1. Go to Student Grades from the main menu.
  2. Select the Class from the dropdown.
  3. Select the Subject (e.g., Mathematics, English).
  4. Select the Term (e.g., First Term).
  5. The system displays a list of all students in that class.
  6. Enter each student's score in the corresponding field.
  7. Click Save to store the grades.

Tips

  • Scores are validated against the grading system you configured in Academic Settings.
  • You can return to edit grades at any time before report cards are generated.
  • Use the Tab key to move quickly between score fields.
  • Ensure you select the correct term before entering scores.
  • Grades are saved per subject, so repeat the process for each subject you teach.
