Overview
This page describes the legacy department-based access system. Access Policies now supersede this for most use cases.
How It Works
Staff are assigned a department during registration. Each department has a fixed set of accessible tabs. This system is used as a fallback when a user is NOT in any Access Policy group.
Recommendation
Use Access Policies for granular control. The department-based system remains as a fallback for legacy users not yet assigned to groups.
