Create a Consultation

Record a patient consultation including symptoms, diagnosis, and clinical notes in Cloud Sentrics Healthcare Management.

Create a Consultation

Document a patient visit by recording their symptoms, diagnosis, and any clinical notes.

Steps

  1. Go to Consultations from the main menu.
  2. Click New Consultation.
  3. Select the Patient from the dropdown or search by name.
  4. Record the patient's Symptoms (e.g., "fever, headache, fatigue").
  5. Enter the Diagnosis based on your assessment.
  6. Add any additional Notes (treatment plan, follow-up instructions).
  7. Click Save to store the consultation record.

Tips

  • Each consultation is linked to the patient's medical history for future reference.
  • You can add prescriptions and lab orders directly from the consultation screen.
  • Saved consultations cannot be deleted, only amended, to maintain an audit trail.
