Create a Consultation
Document a patient visit by recording their symptoms, diagnosis, and any clinical notes.
Steps
- Go to Consultations from the main menu.
- Click New Consultation.
- Select the Patient from the dropdown or search by name.
- Record the patient's Symptoms (e.g., "fever, headache, fatigue").
- Enter the Diagnosis based on your assessment.
- Add any additional Notes (treatment plan, follow-up instructions).
- Click Save to store the consultation record.
Tips
- Each consultation is linked to the patient's medical history for future reference.
- You can add prescriptions and lab orders directly from the consultation screen.
- Saved consultations cannot be deleted, only amended, to maintain an audit trail.
