How to Use Scheduled Messaging
Learn how to set up automated, recurring secure messages in Cloud Sentrics.
Scheduled Messaging lets you automate secure communications to recipients on a recurring basis. This is ideal for sending regular reports, reminders, or notifications without manual effort.
Steps
- Log in to your Cloud Sentrics portal.
- Navigate to Automated Secure Communication > Scheduled Messaging from the left sidebar.
- Click Create New Schedule.
- Enter a name for your message schedule.
- Add the recipients who should receive the messages.
- Set the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
- Compose your message or attach files.
- Click Save. Messages will send automatically at the scheduled times.
Tip: Set up weekly schedules for recurring reports so you never forget to send them.
Tips
- You can pause or edit a schedule at any time.
- Recipients receive OTP-protected links just like manual sends.
- Review your schedules periodically to keep recipient lists up to date.
- Use descriptive schedule names so your team can identify them easily.
