How to Use Scheduled Messaging

Learn how to set up automated, recurring secure messages in Cloud Sentrics.

Scheduled Messaging lets you automate secure communications to recipients on a recurring basis. This is ideal for sending regular reports, reminders, or notifications without manual effort.

Steps

  1. Log in to your Cloud Sentrics portal.
  2. Navigate to Automated Secure Communication > Scheduled Messaging from the left sidebar.
  3. Click Create New Schedule.
  4. Enter a name for your message schedule.
  5. Add the recipients who should receive the messages.
  6. Set the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
  7. Compose your message or attach files.
  8. Click Save. Messages will send automatically at the scheduled times.

Tip: Set up weekly schedules for recurring reports so you never forget to send them.

Tips

  • You can pause or edit a schedule at any time.
  • Recipients receive OTP-protected links just like manual sends.
  • Review your schedules periodically to keep recipient lists up to date.
  • Use descriptive schedule names so your team can identify them easily.
