Run Training Assessments

Create assessments, assign them to staff, and track completion and pass/fail results for compliance.

Run Training Assessments

Ensure staff compliance by creating training assessments, assigning them, and reviewing results.

Steps

Create an Assessment

  1. Go to Training & Assessments from the main menu.
  2. Click Create Assessment.
  3. Enter the Assessment Title (e.g., "Infection Control Training Q2").
  4. Add Questions (multiple choice or true/false).
  5. Set the Passing Score (e.g., 80%).
  6. Click Save.

Assign to Staff

  1. Select the assessment from the list.
  2. Click Assign.
  3. Choose the staff members or departments to assign it to.
  4. Set a Due Date for completion.
  5. Click Confirm.

View Results

  1. Go to Training & Assessments > Results.
  2. View each staff member's score and Pass/Fail status.
  3. Export results for compliance reporting if needed.

Tips

  • Staff receive a notification when an assessment is assigned to them.
  • Staff complete assessments online through their dashboard.
  • Use assessments to meet regulatory training requirements.
