Ensure staff compliance by creating training assessments, assigning them, and reviewing results.
Steps
Create an Assessment
- Go to Training & Assessments from the main menu.
- Click Create Assessment.
- Enter the Assessment Title (e.g., "Infection Control Training Q2").
- Add Questions (multiple choice or true/false).
- Set the Passing Score (e.g., 80%).
- Click Save.
Assign to Staff
- Select the assessment from the list.
- Click Assign.
- Choose the staff members or departments to assign it to.
- Set a Due Date for completion.
- Click Confirm.
View Results
- Go to Training & Assessments > Results.
- View each staff member's score and Pass/Fail status.
- Export results for compliance reporting if needed.
Tips
- Staff receive a notification when an assessment is assigned to them.
- Staff complete assessments online through their dashboard.
- Use assessments to meet regulatory training requirements.
