Review user credentials, login activity, and MFA status for all users in your account.

View Credential Report

Get a summary of all user accounts and their security status.

Steps

1. Go to Admin > User Credential Report.
2. View the list of all users in your account.
3. Review the details for each user.

Report Details

Each row shows:

• User Email — the user's login email.
• Last Login — when they last signed in.
• MFA Status — whether MFA is enabled or disabled.
• Account Status — active, disabled, or pending.

Tips

• Use this report to identify users who have not enabled MFA.
• Check for inactive accounts that should be disabled.
• Only Admins can access the credential report.
