First Steps After Onboarding
Essential setup tasks to complete when you first access your Cloud Sentrics dashboard.
After receiving your login credentials, complete these steps to set up your account properly.
Step 1: Log In
- Go to your dashboard URL (e.g.,
https://yourorg.cloudsentrics.org) - Enter the email and temporary password provided during onboarding
- You'll be prompted to set a new password
Choose a strong password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
Step 2: Set Up MFA (Recommended)
Multi-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security:
- Go to Change Password (top right)
- Follow the MFA setup prompts
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
- Enter the verification code to confirm
Step 3: Create Your Team
If you're the admin, add your team members:
- Go to Admin > User Management
- Click Create User
- Enter their email and set their access level
- They'll receive login credentials via email
Step 4: Set Up Your Organization
Depending on your sector:
Schools:
- Go to Academic Settings to configure terms, sessions, and grading
- Register your students
- Add your educators
Healthcare:
- Go to Facility Settings to configure departments and calendar
- Register your first patients
- Add your staff
Step 5: Upload Your Files
- Go to All Records or Upload Files
- Create folders to organize your documents
- Upload your existing files
