View appointments and events by day, week, or month and add new events in Cloud Sentrics Healthcare Management.

Use the Calendar

The calendar gives you an overview of all appointments and events at your facility.

Steps

View the Calendar

  1. Go to Operations > Calendar from the main menu.
  2. Switch between Day, Week, or Month views using the tabs at the top.
  3. Click on any appointment or event to see its details.

Add an Event

  1. From the calendar view, click Add Event.
  2. Enter the Event Title (e.g., "Staff Meeting", "Equipment Maintenance").
  3. Set the Date and Time.
  4. Add an optional Description.
  5. Click Save.

Tips

  • Appointments booked through the Appointments module appear on the calendar automatically.
  • Use the month view for a high-level overview and the day view for detailed scheduling.
  • Events are visible to all staff with calendar access.
