Use Parent Communications

Send messages to parents via email or SMS, filtered by class.

Use Parent Communications

Communicate with parents directly from the platform using email or SMS.

Steps

  1. Go to Parent Communications from the main menu.
  2. Click Compose Message.
  3. Write your message in the text field (e.g., meeting reminder, event notice).
  4. Select Recipients by choosing one or more classes, or select all parents.
  5. Choose the delivery method:
    • Email — sends the message to parent email addresses
    • SMS — sends the message to parent phone numbers
    • Both — sends via email and SMS
  6. Click Send.
  7. A confirmation message shows how many parents received the message.

Tips

  • Keep messages short and clear, especially for SMS.
  • Use class filters to send targeted messages (e.g., only SS 3 parents).
  • Ensure parent contact details are up to date in student profiles.
  • Message history is saved for your reference.
