Monitor all user actions in your Cloud Sentrics account with the activity log.

View Activity Logs

Track every action taken in your account for security and auditing purposes.

Steps

  1. Go to Admin > Activity Log.
  2. View the list of all recorded actions.
  3. Use filters to narrow results by date, user, or action type.

What Is Logged

  • File uploads and downloads
  • User logins and logouts
  • User account changes (create, disable, delete)
  • Role and permission changes
  • Password and MFA changes

Log Details

Each entry shows:

  • Timestamp — when the action occurred.
  • User — who performed the action.
  • Action — what was done.
  • Details — affected file or user.

Tips

  • Only Admins can view activity logs.
  • Logs cannot be edited or deleted.
  • Use logs to investigate suspicious activity.
