Track Educator Attendance

Monitor educator presence by recording daily attendance for all staff members.

Steps

1. Go to Educator Attendance from the main menu.
2. Select the Date (defaults to today).
3. The system displays a list of all onboarded educators.
4. For each educator, mark their status:
   • Present — educator reported to work
   • Absent — educator did not report
5. Click Save to record the attendance.

Tips

• Record attendance daily for accurate tracking.
• You can edit past attendance records if corrections are needed.
• Educator attendance data appears in the Analytics dashboard.
• Use attendance records to support payroll and performance reviews.
