Order Lab Tests

Submit laboratory test orders for a patient by selecting tests from the catalog in Cloud Sentrics Healthcare Management.

Order Lab Tests

Request laboratory tests for a patient so the lab team can process samples and record results.

Steps

  1. Go to Laboratory > Orders from the main menu.
  2. Click New Order.
  3. Select the Patient from the dropdown or search by name.
  4. Choose one or more Tests from the test catalog (e.g., "Complete Blood Count", "Urinalysis").
  5. Add any special Instructions if needed (e.g., "Fasting sample").
  6. Click Submit Order.

How It Works

  • The order appears in the lab team's queue for processing.
  • Lab staff collect the sample, run the test, and enter results.
  • Results are linked to the patient's record once completed.

Tips

  • You can order multiple tests in a single order.
  • Check the test catalog for available tests at your facility.
