Multi-Branch Setup

Configure and manage multiple facility branches.

Overview

Support multiple branches (e.g., Ibadan, Lagos, Abuja). Each branch has isolated data with Super Admin oversight.

How It Works

• Super Admin (admin with no branch) — sees all branches, can switch
• Branch Admin (admin with branch assigned) — locked to their branch
• Branch Staff — only sees data from their branch

Branch Security

Branch enforcement is absolute. Branch-assigned users cannot bypass their branch filter via URL parameters or API calls. All endpoints validate the user branch server-side. Only Super Admin (admin with no branch assigned) can switch between branches.

Branch Indicator

Header shows Active Facility: [Branch Name] so users always know which branch they are viewing.

Setup

1. Go to Facility Settings
2. Add branches under Branch Management
3. Assign staff to branches in Edit Permissions
