How to Manage Portal Access
Learn how to view and control which recipients have access to the secure portal.
The Manage Portal Access section lets administrators view all recipients who have portal access and revoke access when needed. This helps you maintain control over who can view secure documents.
Steps
- Log in to your Cloud Sentrics portal as an administrator.
- Navigate to Admin > Manage Portal Access from the left sidebar.
- View the list of all recipients with active portal access.
- To revoke access, find the recipient and click Revoke Access.
- Confirm the action. The recipient will no longer be able to log in to the portal.
Tip: Review portal access quarterly to ensure only current recipients have access.
Tips
- Revoking access does not delete previously sent files from the system.
- You can re-grant access later by onboarding the recipient again.
- Use this section to audit who has access for compliance purposes.
- Only administrators can manage portal access settings.
