How to Restore Deleted Files

Learn how to recover files you have deleted from Cloud Sentrics.

If you accidentally delete a file, you can restore it from the Trash. Restored files return to their original location.

Steps

  1. Log in to your Cloud Sentrics portal.
  2. Navigate to Trash from the left sidebar.
  3. Find the file you want to restore.
  4. Click the Restore button next to the file.
  5. The file returns to its original folder location.

Tip: Check the Trash regularly — files may be permanently deleted after a retention period.

Tips

  • Restored files keep their original name and folder location.
  • You can restore multiple files at once by selecting them before clicking Restore.
  • If you cannot find a file in Trash, it may have been permanently removed.
  • Contact your administrator if you need help recovering a permanently deleted file.
