Deliver Report Cards to Parents

After generating report cards, deliver them securely to parents through OTP-protected links.

Steps

1. Go to Generate Report Cards from the main menu.
2. Select the Class and Term for which report cards have been generated.
3. Click Deliver.
4. The system sends a unique link to each parent's registered email and/or phone number.
5. Parents receive the link along with an OTP (One-Time Password) for security.
6. Parents enter the OTP to view and download their child's report card.

Tips

• Ensure parent email addresses and phone numbers are correct in student profiles.
• OTP protection prevents unauthorized access to report cards.
• Parents can access the link multiple times using the same OTP.
• If a parent does not receive the link, verify their contact details and click Deliver again.
• Only generated report cards can be delivered — generate them first if you haven't already.
